Background
Isobel graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2002. She worked initially at Kent and Canterbury Hospital where she first developed an interest in the treatment of voice and swallowing disorders related to ear nose and throat (ENT) conditions. Following this, she took up a specialist post at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust where she pursued her interest in ENT and developed a specialist interest in head and neck cancer conditions and voice disorders. She is now clinical lead for the head and neck cancer team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire.
She has specialist skills in performing nasendoscopy, fibre-optic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing and videofluoroscopy.
