Why was the Warwickshire Head and Neck Clinic established?
The Warwickshire Head and Neck Clinic was established to provide a one stop, rapid, consultant-delivered, multidisciplinary service to diagnose and treat patients with neck, salivary and thyroid lumps; and with voice and swallowing problems, or with sore throat and tonsillitis.
The Clinic offers patients the convenience of having all their investigations and tests done in a single ‘one stop’ visit. In addition, patients will have the opportunity to discuss their treatment plan with our team on the same day, or within a week of their appointment at the latest.
The Warwickshire Head and Neck Clinic is held weekly on Tuesday afternoons at the BMI The Meriden Hospital, conveniently located on the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire site. There is easy access from major towns and surrounding areas in The Midlands, and The Meriden Hospital has its own car park for patients and visitors.
